For the last couple days, I really cut back on salt and took a diuretic. I retain water horribly and have terrible salt addiction. It worked...2 pounds. Mostly water weight but still makes me feel good!
229.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
