Edit: MY SCALE IS POSSESSED. This morning I showed a 1 pound loss after being up a bit and getting ready to take a shower i'm at a 3.8 loss. GRRR!!! I was all frustrated for no reason or I have no idea what my weight really is lol. Looks like I may be looking for a new scale.

Milestones:
0.8 lbs – 50% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!
10.1 lbs - Under 200 for the first time in forever
18.8 lbs - No longer obese ever again
30.4 lbs - 75% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!!

You're not always going to have a 2.7 loss every week. One week, I really worked hard. Really followed everything to a T and worked out every day. Guess what? I gained. Don't look at it as a number, look at the whole picture.

True that, Vinny, you can't let the 1-2 pound differences get you. My weight flucuates sometimes as much as 5-10 pounds even after a one day change. It pisses me off but I know in my brain that I did not put on 5 pounds of fat or lose that much either. Keep the faith, and keep working on it daily.......working out and eating right and in the loooong run it will pay you dearly. todd
