Not bad to start the year off at 163.4 (even if that was after a 50 minute run).
Now the hard work starts to get back to 150 lbs and stay there, keeping well under it for the marathons in May while still keeping enough fuel in the tank.
163.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
