I finished reading "Eat to live" book and I think it is time to remove dairy and fish products from my menu.
So starting with this year will be 100% vegetarian and eat right.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I read the same book. I agree with the diary for a variety of reasons. Fish no. You need Omega 3 fats that come from fish like salmon (wild caught) and sardines (canned). You can substitute ground flax seed if you limit fish. I do 6 grams of ground flax per day in my breakfast. start with 3 and work to 6 then to 12. spread it out over a couple of months.
