today was the first day of the new year. I took my weight and measurements and recorded them. I planned my food and was doing great till I found the last box of junk left in the house. I ate the chocolate covered raisins on day one of my diet. I am an asshole for doing that and now my stomack is killing me. I still did ok for the rest of the day. Tomorrow is a new day, and I will do my best to do better tomorrow.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 January 2013:

Don't let that stop you. We have all done the same. Just start over from now and do your best. Raisons are not the worst choice you could have made so forgive yourself and hang in there!
