today was the first day of the new year. I took my weight and measurements and recorded them. I planned my food and was doing great till I found the last box of junk left in the house. I ate the chocolate covered raisins on day one of my diet. I am an asshole for doing that and now my stomack is killing me. I still did ok for the rest of the day. Tomorrow is a new day, and I will do my best to do better tomorrow.
