"Happy New Year!"
I am back on track. I changed my way of eating a little,oatmeal, some beans, making more soups, basically cholesterol friendly stuff, but still watching carbs; no refined carbs at all. Have maintained the weight pretty much, even though I am still stuck not being able to do a lot. The sling will come off in about 2 1/2 weeks. P. Therapy starts tomorrow. I am able to dress myself now, what a joy that is, even have learned how to comb my hair better. Not much pain, God has blessed me for sure, even the surgeon was surprised.
I am so glad to be back. Wish you all the best in 2013 :)

Happy New Year, and glad to hear that you are doing well. However, I'm not really surprised at your improvement; after all, God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him, as you do. :-) Also, the surprise of your surgeon, just highlights the fact that God's wisdom and goodness, surpasses the understanding of man.
