I am at my highest weight ever.
147.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Cindy, Take it from me . I'm a 55year old woman who started adulthood at 136 lbs after years of 5lb gains, New seasons, New clothes, and a repeat of the process over 35 years, I became more than twice the woman I used to be . Take it off now girlfriend before you end up in similar boat as I did.Best wishes fora successful eating style you can live happily with.
