1454 kcal Fat: 28.64g | Prot: 134.24g | Carb: 145.64g.   Breakfast: banana, Fat Free Half and Half, trader joes oatmeal. Lunch:  trader joes goat cheese, shrimp, salad. Dinner: butter, cottage cheese low fat, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), broccoli, venison. Snacks/Other: Vanilla Whey Protein, walnuts,  dates. more...
