12:30 am liver cleanse =1 apple juiced,1/4 cup olive oil,1 grapefruit juiced, 2 lemons juiced, 1/4 cup magnesium sulfate quart of water

8 am= 1/2 grapefruit, 1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast, 16 oz water

10 am =2 poached eggs, 1/2 grapefruit, 2 oz organic portabella, mushroom 1 Tablespoon nutritioal yeast, 16 oz water

11:00 am two cups of Bigelow Tea Pomegranate Pizzazz

12:00 pm 2 Tablespoon nutritional yeast, 2 oz poartabella mushroom

7 PM 1/2 grapefruit, 1 Tablespoon Nutritional yeast

9 PM 6-8 oz turkey didn't measure guessing, coffee with a creamer speedway :(

10 PM 3 oz turkey
Gallon of water today.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
