HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
Okay, I slipped away from recording my food over the weekend --- aint gonna happen again. TODAY starts induction for me. No nuts, no berries, no seeds -- back to the basics to get my head centered and get on my way to goal weight. Keeping to foundation veggies, protein and fats.
