Today I weigh myself this morning and was surprise that I lost a pound I am so proud of myself.Now I can go back to my to doing what I was doing before I gave up on myself I do not want to gain anymore weight before the summer gets here. I am looking forward to a new year in 2013.

Lost so far: 5.0 lb.
Still to go: 3.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
