Dear Diary,
I know I have not been recording my food or following any of the plans or diets I said I would to lose weight. However I have been busy during my academic life however during the summer that is no excuse! I have had 1 month off and have been on vacation postponing my staring date every day but now it is going to stop!!! I have gained 2 kg and I am very upset about that but I have decided to change my lifestyle get busy and going to follow a strict diet and exercise every day and study for next year. I know it shall be a challenge for me but I am ready for it so BRING IT ON!!
I must stay motivated and eager and not lose sight of the task at hand.
