I've been bad over the past year and it's time for me to start taking better care of myself. So I'm going to start tracking my food again, I want to be healthier and stop using excuses to eat bad food. This isn't a new years resolution I've never believed in them. It's just time for me to stop eating crap and start eating better. So new goals with be set because yes I have put weight back on, not all of it thankfully!

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 December 2012:
1518 kcal Fat: 34.42g | Prot: 73.38g | Carb: 225.99g.   Breakfast: Special K, natures own honey wheat, grove square cappuccino, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified). Lunch: pillsbury sugar cookies, lean cuisine three cheese pizza. Dinner: Old Fashioned Peppered Gravy Mix, Glazed Honey Cured Ham, Grands Reduced Fat Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits. Snacks/Other: Nonfat Caffe Latte (Grande). more...
