MY GOALS FOR 2013:-
1) Weigh just once per week, starting Monday 7th Jan, and log it on FS;
2) Drink 2 litres / bottles of water per day;
3) Track weight watchers points every day;
4) Exercise every other day (treadmill - start off walking, then start to train to run 5k);
GOOD LUCK TO ME ...... AGAIN!!!
