Here we go! Going to kick off 2013 with the Body for Life diet. I need to lose this rather large midsection and am looking to have a well muscular defined body.

I'm not really sure what the final weight outcome will be if I am gaining muscle while losing fat, but if I am happy with what I see in the mirror, it will be a success!
