It's time to get serious about my health now that my knee is healed. I realize I need to make some serious, permanent changes in my diet and my husband is on board with me. I'm even going to include my son who has begun to gain weight in the past year.

I want to make exercise fun for everyone so it becomes a regular part of our lives. We are hoping to start skating, bike riding, hiking, and skiing more in the next year. This will be possible after I graduate in May!

This isn't going to be easy, but I plan to focus on one change at a time. This is for a lifetime, not just for the next few weeks. My goal is to live a more healthy lifestyle and I feel the weight loss will be a side effect.
162.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
