My goal is to gain weight not to loose at least not yet. So far so good I need 10 more pounds over the next 4 months. I am working out almost everyday lifting weights and doing squats for my legs since that is the primary goal along with chest and arms. Arms are a little easier than legs so I go hard on chest and Iegs. a little abs but not a lot, I hurt it my shoulder not to bad so I am still working out hoping that the pain will go away an its own.
