Reflecting back over my year I see lot's of growth and room to still grow. A year ago I weighed 47 pounds heavier than I do now. I am now more healthy and aware of my eating habits. I also know what serving sizes look like, I only thought I did. As we close out 2012 and move into 2013 I look forward to getting to my goal and learning to maintain at a healthy weight and lifestyle.
