Fixed Chicken breast and spinach for supper. Made an exceptional sauce with butter, 1/4 cup cream, 1/4 cup sauteed onions, 1 TBS.Dejon mustard,and season to taste. Yummy.

My goodness that does sound good ! I have chicken breast in fridge, maybe I should try this....how did you fix the chicken & spinach ?
