I am starting my 9-week challenge tomorrow, and I am anticipating a lot of work! But I am ready after seeing the victorias secret fashion show. I am determined to be happy with my butt and body once again this summer! I am starting at 110 lbs. I am 5'3'' so I am at a healthy weight, however in the last year, I have slacked on working out --which means I didn't, at all :(. I am starting this challenge group to keep me motivated and I am committing, now excuses. I will do the BBL every day. I will do squats every other day. I am not looking to lose any weight, but instead to tone my whole body, decrease my cellulite on my thighs, hips, and butt, and increase muscle without getting too bulky. I will strive to eat 3 fruits and 3 vegetables a day with NO soda!! Good luck to me! I can do it! So can you!
