Good for you! Read all your materials, plan out your meals, follow the Good Health Guidelines and you should do great. Remember when going from one plan to the next you need to give it a few weeks for your body to adjust. WW isn't a quick fix. It allows you to eat a balanced diet in proper portions. You may need to play around with the extra 49 points. Some people eat them and lose and others can only eat some. And a few unlucky people can't eat any, lol! Remember fruit and veggies are free but not a "free for all." They do have calories. It's about being satisfied. Get active because it can really help you lose fat/inches. Good luck!
