today was hard. Did lunch at my husband's grandparents house and they do not know the meaning of healthy. They tried to be healthier ao instead of fried foods they did baked pizza. it was still almost 300 calories per piece so i had 1/3 of a piece and a bunch of veggies but it was sooo hard not to eat the whole thing. i could have easily had three pieces. but i cut the pizza in 1/3 and gave my husband the rest of mine when i was done i left the table so i was not tempted. that is so hard to do
231.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am so proud of you. You did a great job and I'll bet you are so happy that you were able to abstain from getting off your diet. Keep it up.
