Nervous about starting South Beach but hoping and praying that it'll work. Depressed after gaining 7 lbs in the last year!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1607 kcal Fat: 87.24g | Prot: 102.08g | Carb: 97.72g.   Breakfast: onion, green pepper, eggs, shoppers value fat free milk, Low-moisture Part-skim Mozzarella, Chopped Ham, Green Tea with Ginseng. Lunch:  stripes diet cola, country crock spread, saltines, tomato juice, small eggs, ground beef, lipton onion soup mix, Cut Green Beans. Dinner: pictsweet steam'ables broccoli, safeway tilapia fillets, shoppers value fat free milk, egg, grated parmesan. Snacks/Other: jif creamy peanut butter, Large Eggs, celery, C-KEEBLER HLDY GNGRBRD MEN. more...
