Time to get back on track from being away this last week on the "Eat, Drink & Be Merry" family tour! It was fantastic but very nice to be home, all except for the reading on the scale! LOL - Oh well, I expected it the way I was enjoying myself! Time to start again, to eat clean and exercise. I signed up and paid for Zumba classes every Monday & Friday night starting January 7th. I hope to use my elliptical and free weights on the days in between. I am determined to work off 12 lbs before February and get back to normal for where I want to be!
