Happy New Year to all! I've been sick the past week or so and I guess that's the only thing that explains why I weigh less than last week. I finally went to the doctor yesterday. I was only at work for a few hours on Wednesday, and left because I felt too bad to stay. At home, when I'm awake, I've been eating too much junk food, with "white trash" the main culprit (rice chex - or golden grahams if you can find them - peanut butter, butter, melted chocolate chips, peanuts, mixed and shaken in a paper bag with powdered sugar). I showed some restraint on the quantity, but not what I should have. I got back on track yesterday and hope to stick with the program, even with temptation around.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I have made something pretty much the same but it doesn't have peanuts in it. That recipe is called Puppy Chow. LOL. Seems like peanuts can transform dog food into trash :D But the only time I make it is to take SOMEWHERE ELSE. I NEVER keep that stuff in the house or I'd be scarfing it all down for sure. Good luck keeping it off your radar!

Hate that you have been sick! Chex mix got me good this holiday too. Lets get our diets cleaned up for 2013!
