Just some thoughts.
- Your body is feeling starved and is conserving your energy (weight)
- Go from two to FIVE small meals per day, this will fool your body into burning fat, without adding calories.
- Go low carb high protein, and try using protein shakes for your mid morning and mid afternoon meals.
- Record everything you eat! The phone app from here works great for me.
- Holidays are tough, so start fresh on Jan 1st.
I'm trying to get back to my college weight, after 20+ years. Don't think my High School weight will happen though.
