The holidays hit hard. I dont have this food thing down like I thought. I need to monitor and check my eating constantly. I am back baby and with a vengeance. I am even thinking of joining weight watchers. I got so much strength when I thought I had control over my eating but I feel like I will never really have control and I need to monitor what I eat constantly if I want to be a healthier stronger person.

I have faith in you Noam. I am back to monitoring my intake and exercise again even though I am maintaining well, because I am looking at doing more running events and further toning. Best wishes in the new year!
