I believe the most important part of any weight loss plan is to track (record) everything you eat. It doesn't appear that you are using fatsecret to execute that part of the plan. Without any data, it's hard to analyze what may be going wrong with your diet and to make recommendations to get you results. I have never come accross an individual that follows a low carb diet (executed properly) that has not lost weight. Good luck. Record you food to see if unknown carbs are entering your diet.
