I'm going to be happy with this result given the overeating of last week. I'm going to let go & move forward in to 2013. My objective is simply to be more aware of what and when I eat. A number can be a guide but it needn't define me.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
