The holidays happened! No gym access, lots of food, and I'm very bloated. I didn't eat terribly but didn't keep much track either. Have to let go sometimes I think.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
