Back on track FINALLY. Feel better just working out for 25 minutes - poor treadmill has spider webs from lack of use over the holidays.
Going to take my girlfriends advice and head over to GNC today for some old lady suppliments/vitamins. Give that a try before doing hormone replacements :)
