Very tough this year to stay on plan through the holidays. Not just food temptations but depression because of Dad's health, financial changes, getting Son the help with ADD he needs to succeed. This will be a tough year ahead, a lot of changes coming our way. I have been pushed into the leadership role of our family so a lot of decisions to be made. I will take things one day at a time and if I can stay on my food/exercise plan and continue to meditate I can stay balanced while facing these challenges.
