Hmmmm, I wasn't expecting this. Past week I've been doing better on the eating and have been moving more, have the sore muscles to prove it. Sometimes there is no logic behind what the scales say.

Just watching the news and a chinook is coming, whoo hoo. It suppose to get up to as much as +6C, thats 42F for my friends south of the border. That almost tshirt weather. Looking forward to getting out with the dogs for some nice warm walks.
255.8 lb Lost so far: 84.2 lb.    Still to go: 75.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Water weight messes it up a lot. I have been doing a lot more exercise without any losses on the scale. And I continue to watch my eating.

Ditto. Less food, more exercise, no pounds lost. Hard to stay motivated but we will keep going! Enjoy your "warmer" weather. Eeek! I'm such a wuss. It was 59F yesterday and I was freezing!!

Sometimes when our muscles are sore we retain water...so don't sweat that too much...Ahhh to have t shirt weather again...3 more months before I'll have that..unless I move south...LOL...Enjoy those nice days for me...:O)
