Even tho I pigged out for 2 day I got back on track and managed to not gain any weight I no im bloated so my weight might be less but ill wait till next week to weigh in again cant wait till the holidays are over so I can stop taking these cheat days!!!!!
240.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
