Today was my first day following a ketogenic diet. It was actually pretty easy - I premade food last night so I could just grab it and warm it up/take it to work in the morning, which I think is an important strategy for me.

I was able to turn down free Starbucks at work, and I was not hungry the whole day. I also wasn't tempted to munch on stuff out of boredom like I sometimes am.

My food for tomorrow will be pretty much the same as my food for today so I am not anticipating too much trouble there. I feel like I'm off to a good start so far.
