Wow this week has been challenging! I haven't eaten the best and I haven't got the exercise that I normally do. No excuses, just a different work schedule and it really threw me. I weigh in tomorrow and hopefully it won't be too bad. I have the next 4 days off so I am hoping to get back to it.
