Christmas 2012..been about a year since i started really tracking food and logging weight. it's been a huge help. lately i haven't been following anything religiously, but knowing what i have to do is helpful. I wouldn't know what is working without tracking. going into the new year will be a new challenge. Last year it was all about walking and eating more fruits and veggies. This year i wont have the time to take long walks frequently, nor will i have the time to juice or eat long meals. I'll need to start planning out my workouts and meals more and have goals in mind, like weekend rides, runs, and races.
