I have a bad habit of eating well, losing weight, then slowly start eating poorly, cheating and stress eating and basically eating junk. I need to learn to treat myself but eat well most of the time.
135.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
