HI Guys,
I feel really good today. I have a few new buddies so welcome to Fatsecret. I saw so many buddies talking about "Where are you?" which is great. If we are close to each other, that would be a great way to workout and stay accountable to someone and motivate each other. I had a nice workout this morning and had a good breakfast and dinner. We are situated in the apt and everything is settling down. THANK GOD....Now time to get on it weight wise.
