Okay so got some of the gain back down. Ate over my carbs yesterday...an unplanned dinner out to Red Lobster. I was starving and it was yummy. Still have not gotten to the store for my bacon...that is what happens when it snows and DH garages the Challenger and takes my truck. So I need to get my list made and menu and all planned out for the visit to the grocery.

I think I got some good sleep lastnight and feeling much better today for it. I got a new tablet from DH for Christmas so very nice to be able to do my FS on it in the evening rather than my phone (other option is the laptop and since I work on it all day not so crazy about being on it at night too).

I hope everyone has a great day and is getting back on track.

So no snow tubing reports...?? Do you have canadian bacon on your food plan? I recently tried it (yeah, after all these years) and love it - is actually less cal and much better taste than turkey bacon (to me anyway). Then again, a BLT for dinner sounds good.. wait, where was I? I use a kindle at night when I'm in the recliner - can't believe I'd say this but 'so much better than a laptop' ... wow... 15 years ago we thought laptops were the Bomb, huh. Woo.. even though I am open on Saturdays I still wanna say HAPPY FRIDAY!

It looks like you did a great job over the holidays and sounds like you are right back on track. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas!! How much snow did you get? We have over a foot of the white stuff and it's so pretty out right now.

Alright Jaime!! good for you getting some more pounds down.. I am hesitant about getting back on the scale.. got on yesterday and weight gain of .6.. but anywho.. So proud of you.. That Red Lobster sounds delicious! Hopefully you get to the store before the weekend is out! You don't have any of that ham left from Christmas.. you can fry that on the pan and have with eggs, or chop it and have ham & egg omelete.. Just suggestions.. P.S. I'm trying so hard to stay on track mentally! No more cheats since Christmas but my mind is constantly thinking of sweets..

Hi ladies...thanks so much for dropping by and commenting. The snow here at the house melted some...roads are clear but at Mt Spokane itbis still high enough to not melt...no tubing yet. I have used Canadian bacon on my hamburger crust pizza...it is good! It is supposed to snow again today....27 degrees at 11am...so no more melting. It is supposed to be 14 degrees tonight...brrrrrrr I do have ham.....duh.....ham and cheese omelette sounds yummy! No more cheats you are on the right track that is awesome!
