So, it seems lately that everywhere I go, and every time I turn around, I'm seeing South Beach Diet stuff - in magazines, on tv, on the radio, and I'm starting to think that maybe the universe is telling me something - so I'm switching over. It's not as strict as Atkins/Cure/Kimkins - but then I'm not a disicplined either, so this is probably a better match to my lifestyle. I'm still reading the book - which I had bought last year fyi - and I'll be grocery shopping in the morning - which is a good thing, as my poor cupboards are bare! I'll still be looking for organic products whenever possible - just for my own piece of mind, and I'll keep you all posted!
