My first 24-hour fast successfully completed! I'm just having breakfast, having not eaten anything since breakfast yesterday.
The day went well and I didn't feel overwhelming hunger at all. The hardest part was getting off to sleep last night, and that may well have been the effect of the full moon and not the empty stomach.
I've waited until my normal breakfast time this morning without difficulty, that means I've been up for 90 minutes - had a shower, fed the cats, got dressed, prepared breakfast, coffee and a packed lunch.
The biggest disappointment is that there's zero change on the scale since yesterday! I'm 1300 gr above my last weekly weigh-in (which was extra low) and hoping some of it will go by Sunday! I'm currently planning another fast day for Sunday, but will it be as easy at home? We'll see.
