Can you say stuck.... if anyone knows why please tell me. I am hoping since i have increased my weight lifting that it is water. On the brighter side i can see a small difference in my biceps! Weird thing to say but i am ready for my period this monrh. Seems to be when i have the best weight change results. Christmas went well. I webt ocer ob the 24th, but nothing horrible. Glad to be dobe with it. So glad i took stuff to my mother in laws. Only thing not saturated in crap was the turkey and raw veggies. But then i look at his family and watched their portions. I completely understand why everyone of them is 50-150 pounds maybe more overweight . Its disgusting to watch them be this way when over half of them have numerous health problems thats chances are severly increased or caused by it. But i will teach my children better. Always have and they get upset with us because we limit our children on portions of different foods and drinks. Whatever! at least i am giving mine a good chance later on. I think next year i will be making my familys meal even healthier. So all this doesn't also become tradition. Well thanks to all who have been supporting me so much. I want to give a special shout out to Blue Box this month for being such an awesome friend!

Awww thanks, you are pretty fabulous yourself! :) If your muscles are sore they might be retaining water. I always have an initial weight gain when I start a new fitness program, but it goes away in about a week or whenever my muscles stop being sore. I'm glad Christmas went well for you! Today is my last “indulgence day.” Since it's New Years Eve I know I'll be drinking and eating some Asian Cuisine. But this year instead of take-out, I'm going to make it myself. So hopefully that will make it a little healthier? At least that is what I am going to tell myself!
