I have no idea how. I think I am losing my muscle and it is being replaced with fat. Clothes fit okay, though.
151.6 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 1.8 lb a week

lol. How funny. Take what you can get on what the scale says. If it says that you lost weight, than go with it and keep on keeping on. You are almost at your goal weight, keep up the good work!
