I'm about 4.6lbs up from my low two Saturdays ago.. So this Saturday I'm gonna post whatever the scale says.. After the 1st is the official weigh in to determine what I have to lose for 2013 to hit my goal for the year...

Since weight loss may not be a New Years resolution after 2013.. What can I direct my focus on?.. Time to assess my life goals!
