Ok, Ive done pretty good on my eating to day... toast, 2 slices of thin bacon and 1 egg for breakfast. about 6 spears of asparagus and a baked chicken leg for lunch. My weakness in my weight loss journey is food...trying to curb it by watching my portions, and drinking water. So fat I've had 48 ounces of water, and I'm working on my 2nd 32 oz glass of water!
