I'm not planning on getting on the scale until next week partially becaus I'm not at home and I don't know how different the scale at my parents place is (could be better or worse) and partially because know I've gained weight but I'm hoping a lot of will will come back off as I return to normal eating/drinking behavior. I have literally been binge eating for several days...well pretty much most of December... And I have been feeling pretty terrible - bloated, overly emotional, tired, weak and not to mention really fat! Today I started the day off right with a couple eggs, sausage, fruit, and tea. I was hoping to hit the gym with my brother but that's a no go for today. It's really yucky out so I migh not get any exercise but I am committed to staying low carb today! No idea what's for lunch or dinner but I think I'll be able to find something.. Wish me luck!
