its hard to get back on track specially when your doing a lot of housework taking care a baby plus you dont have enough sleep, but thanks to the weighing scale i still lose a lbs despite of nonstop eating everything last two night of christmas
121.0 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
