Earthlady's Journal, 27 December 2012

Temptation :( Pringles and wine in the house,opened, and of course I indulged. Planning a 24 hour "fast" today. I've had my 500 cal breakfast, I have just two apples with me in case hunger gets overwhelming but I'm not intending to eat again until tomorrow morning.

Update - it's now almost 6.30 pm and 11 hours since breakfast. I have had nothing except water and a couple of herbal teas since this morning and I feel fine - a little hungry and light-headed but nothing unpleasant. I'm aiming for a quiet evening and I can have an early night if I need to.
