Took 2 days off for the holidays. No food entry no counting calories. Felt pretty good and I did good too. Did't gain any but now back at it. It's going to be hard with all the goodies still around the house.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 December 2012:
1075 kcal Fat: 34.22g | Prot: 41.34g | Carb: 144.18g.   Breakfast: hungry jack pancakes, spring tree sugar free syrup. Lunch: miracle light, Spinach Vegetable Dip, carrot slices, celery, bell pepper, turkey breast, Sliced Honey Wheat Sandwich Bread. Dinner: turkey breast, miracle whip light, Early California olives medium, Sesame Semolina Loaf, Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Beef Lit'l Smokies, GLDN BROWN SUGAR. Snacks/Other: tootsie rolls, Coffee, 2% Fat Milk, REESE PB CUP MINIS. more...

Know the feeling. I have committed to getting back on the diet train tm. But still at my nanas where the treats are plentiful. Plus I doubt I kept my weight off. Good luck and stay strong
