Took 2 days off for the holidays. No food entry no counting calories. Felt pretty good and I did good too. Did't gain any but now back at it. It's going to be hard with all the goodies still around the house.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 December 2012:
1075 kcal Fat: 34.22g | Prot: 41.34g | Carb: 144.18g.   Breakfast: spring tree sugar free syrup, hungry jack pancakes. Lunch: miracle light, carrot slices, turkey breast, Spinach Vegetable Dip, Sliced Honey Wheat Sandwich Bread, bell pepper, celery. Dinner: turkey breast, Beef Lit'l Smokies, miracle whip light, Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Early California olives medium, GLDN BROWN SUGAR, Sesame Semolina Loaf. Snacks/Other: tootsie rolls, REESE PB CUP MINIS, 2% Fat Milk, Coffee. more...

Know the feeling. I have committed to getting back on the diet train tm. But still at my nanas where the treats are plentiful. Plus I doubt I kept my weight off. Good luck and stay strong
