Took 2 days off for the holidays. No food entry no counting calories. Felt pretty good and I did good too. Did't gain any but now back at it. It's going to be hard with all the goodies still around the house.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 December 2012:
1075 kcal Fat: 34.22g | Prot: 41.34g | Carb: 144.18g.   Breakfast: spring tree sugar free syrup, hungry jack pancakes. Lunch: carrot slices, Sliced Honey Wheat Sandwich Bread, bell pepper, Spinach Vegetable Dip, turkey breast, celery, miracle light. Dinner: miracle whip light, Sesame Semolina Loaf, turkey breast, Early California olives medium, Beef Lit'l Smokies, GLDN BROWN SUGAR, Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded. Snacks/Other: 2% Fat Milk, REESE PB CUP MINIS, tootsie rolls, Coffee. more...

Know the feeling. I have committed to getting back on the diet train tm. But still at my nanas where the treats are plentiful. Plus I doubt I kept my weight off. Good luck and stay strong
