Took 2 days off for the holidays. No food entry no counting calories. Felt pretty good and I did good too. Did't gain any but now back at it. It's going to be hard with all the goodies still around the house.

1075 kcal Fat: 34.22g | Prot: 41.34g | Carb: 144.18g.   Breakfast: hungry jack pancakes, spring tree sugar free syrup. Lunch: Spinach Vegetable Dip, carrot slices, turkey breast, celery, miracle light, Sliced Honey Wheat Sandwich Bread, bell pepper. Dinner: Early California olives medium, Beef Lit'l Smokies, GLDN BROWN SUGAR, Sesame Semolina Loaf, turkey breast, Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, miracle whip light. Snacks/Other: 2% Fat Milk, REESE PB CUP MINIS, tootsie rolls, Coffee. more...

Know the feeling. I have committed to getting back on the diet train tm. But still at my nanas where the treats are plentiful. Plus I doubt I kept my weight off. Good luck and stay strong
